Learning Media System (LMS) presents learning content in a truly multimedia environment utilizing the powerful and engaging experiences of audio-video, PowerPoint, screen captures, animation and much more. Built on Flash technology, it facilitates an interactive learning experience allowing instructors/ coaches to offer exciting visual presentations to learners/students. The objective is to enable learners to achieve better comprehension and retention of knowledge, have online discussions with co-learners and coaches and access learning aids or reference resources within the same learning framework.
Designed for Multiple User Audiences
Designed for multiple audiences requiring flexibility, ease of use, secure online access in an exciting, interactive learning environment, LMS caters to all levels of users with its remarkably user-friendly features. Its Courseware Management is dynamic, easy to use and Course Developers can adapt the system for text-based and/or multimedia content. Instructors / Coaches are able to track the progress of learners using the Learner Management that helps to monitor learning status, activity and lesson/course completions. Robust reporting features allow global and individual snapshots of learners. A built-in digital certificate awarding system encourages learners, applauding their achievements online. Learners are guided through the system with a very intuitive learning navigation. Powerful, but simple to use, quiz -tools allow learners to be tested against the content delivered. This ensures that they achieve the desired learning objectives and retain progress and prerequisite records before receiving certifications between advancing levels of learning.

A powerful MS SQL 2000 database server allows several learners to access the system concurrently without any lag-time or delays. Administrative access functions in a secure manner at multiple levels for courseware developer, coach and system administrator.
Front-End features include:
- The Home Page provides a visual learning path, depicting all relevant courses in their curriculum with a brief description of the content of each course.
- Learners access course content right off the Home Page -- the visual learning path acts as the learner's main navigation.
- The 'My Coach' feature introduces the learner to the manager, administrator or teacher who monitors the learner’s progress.
- The FAQ system allows learners to benefit from a self-serve environment that answers questions pertaining to their course and curriculum.
- 'My Notebook' enables learners to make quick digital notes that are printable. This helps learners who are accustomed to traditional paper-based learning and learners who need to synthesize information in their own words.
- 'My Progress' offers a real-time report card so learners can continually assess their advancement through the curriculum.
- The 'Learning Community' feature allows learners to interact with others following the same learning path through a webboard system.
- 'My Messenger' enables email communication in the e-learning environment between the learner and their manager, administrator or teacher.
