At the recent E&I Conference in Orlando, Florida we had the pleasure of meeting and exchanging ideas with many WSI Consultants, THO staff members and e-Marketplace Suppliers. Amongst several valuable suggestions and feedback we received, many of you expressed the need for a closer, more comprehensive and meaningful partnership with your production partners. At Global Web Solutions, your longest serving production center partner in the WSI e-Marketplace, the last one year has seen us make significant changes to our products and services based on your needs and timely feedback. Today, we are delighted to announce a 3-month test launch of the GWS Turnkey Solution Management Program.
Under this program, we offer you:
- Pre-Sales Support: We will help answer all your questions about product features, functionality, add-on modules, customization, etc. as you work on your client presentation and sales proposal. The GWS team is here to support you via Skype, Live Chat, email and telephone.
- Content Management: Now you can use our new, comprehensive end-to-end Web management system, e-Suite or WSI Business Edge to manage content in a user-friendly atmosphere like that of MS Word.
- Content Population (up to 15 pages): You can provide the GWS team with content of up to 15 pages in MS Word format, including images and we will populate your client's site for you.
- Launch Support: Once you have taken care of domain registration, we will support you for all your website launch needs, including liaison with other hosting suppliers in the WSI e-Marketplace. Depend on GWS to take your sites from staging to live environments.
- Search Engine Optimization: Going beyond simply placing your clients' sites in a public domain, we will undertake research for keywords,
include keywords in the websites and submit to major search engines to ensure your sites are search engine optimized.
